Examination Cell

The Examination Cell is the primary administrative unit responsible for the organization and conduct of all examinations. Operating under the rules and regulations of the Directorate of Technical Education (DOTE), the cell ensures that all academic assessments are carried out with transparency and technical precision.

Leadership

The Examination Cell is headed by the Exam Cell Officer (ECO), who supports the Principal in all examination-related matters and oversees a dedicated team of supporting staff.

Exam fee administration including deadlines and late fee collection

Examination Planning & Preparation

Preparation of institutional examination timetables
Seat allotment and invigilation duty chart preparation
Assignment and mobilization of staff

Operations & Script Management

Monitoring examinations to ensure protocol compliance
Secure collection and dispatch of answer books to designated centres

Result Analysis & Reporting

Distribution of mark sheets to students
Performance analysis and preparation of reports in consultation with the Principal
Submission of reports to concerned authorities for follow-up action
